Amber color has a rich taste. Syrup in this color class has a lighter color and a full-bodied taste with medium intensity.
Dark color has a robust taste. Syrup in this color class has a darker color and a more robust taste than lighter syrups.
*Not sure which color to choose, we recommend starting out with Dark Robust. It’s rated the favorite by the majority of people we serve.
