Local Pick - How it Works
THE BASICS
At certain times, and in certain locations in the USA, we bring maple syrup and maple sugar for orders placed prior to our travel. These pickup locations will be available to choose on the checkout page after you’ve placed product in your cart.
NO SHIPPING COST
NO HANDLING FEES
When you place an order online and choose a local pickup option during checkout, we pack up your order and bring it to your location of choice at no additional cost to you.
TASTE AND SEE
We offer samples from our maple truck so that you can taste just how good our syrup is.
We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we understand the unfortunate reality that some maple syrup can contain off flavors that have given people a bad experience. Our syrup taste GREAT and we want to prove that to you. In the event that what you taste isn’t what you were looking for, you will have the option to leave your order with us and be fully refunded.
RISK FREE ORDERING
We understand schedules can be complex and life events come up that may prohibit you from coming during our pickup window. In the case you are unable to pick up your order, we will 100% refund your payment. You can pay online a couple of different ways, or choose to pay cash at pickup.
ORDER EARLY
We can haul a lot of syrup with our maple truck, but there is a limit to how much we can haul. Once orders are up to our weight limit, we will pull the local pickup option down from the checkout page and you’ll have to wait until our next trip. Currently, most trips are scheduled once a year.
REMINDERS
We will send out reminders ahead of our trip via email as the pickup date draws near.
DEADLINES:
Pickup in Springdale Arkansas October 17-18th, 2025: Orders must be placed by end of day 10/13/25.
