All natural granulated maple sugar is made from pure maple syrup by boiling it more.  It has all the same great nutrients as maple syrup and adds a delicious subtle maple flavor to your recipes, or simply just add it to your favorite beverage.

Maple sugar can be used as a substitute for any type of sugar typically at a ratio of 1:1, but some people use 3/4 cup of maple sugar to replace 1 cup of cane sugar.
